Chronically Hopeful for a life without pain.

I’m Joanne, my intention for this blog is to tell my story in the hope it can work towards raising awareness of Chronic Pain and how it impacts sufferers lives. Many of the conditions that cause people to suffer from chronic pain are often labelled as ‘old people illness’ which is absolutely not the case. There are many misconceptions of chronic pain and the impacts it has on people’s entire life, as well as the lives of their families or other support network.

I hope that I can add my voice to the many other already sharing their stories in the hope that we can make more people aware of just how debilitating it feels, especially when trying to get medical help.
